Tapaya is a certified payment infrastructure that turns any off-the-shelf phone, tablet or kiosk into a payment terminal. We come pre-connected to card schemes, and agnostic to acquirers and processors, so platforms, PSPs and merchants can launch their own in-person acceptance without building the underlying stack.

Our story

Tapaya began with a team that had already built and certified card-payment products the hard way. We saw platforms and merchants stuck behind hardware, acquirer contracts and a year of certification, so we compressed the whole regulated stack into one drop-in SDK. Today we are live across the EU and GB, and growing.
